Ooh, I knew the Initiative was going to get brought up again. Can't wait to find out just how much the'll be playing teh villain in this story. I always loved Oz, but Tara was hard competition. Without Tara, I hope we get to see a lot more of the cool werewolf, but hopefully not in an Initiative cell. Spike, Oz, Willow, Buffy as a normal girl but being way too involved with the supernatural... Oh, the possibilities!

Interesting, however somewhat familiar plot line. Has Buffy been called as the Slayer in this story? It doesn't seem like she is based on her inability to sense Spike and Angel while dancing at the Bronze...

always preferred angelus to angel. never liked either charcter, but preferred angelus. considering where this is posted should really enjoy the read. very good beginning.

I don't usually go for Human AU stories, but the idea of vamp Spike and Buffy, more like the girl she'd be without the Slayer, sounds great. Even without the soul nonsense, Angelus' evil is going to get compared to Spike and show how unique the punk vampire is. I'm really looking forward to reading how this Buffy fights back or defies Angelus, and how Spike's feelings for her grow.
