My word!  So happy to see another chapter was posted.  I just can't get enough of this one.  I'm fighting the urge to start re-reading just so I can still be reading it. 

I'm so... so... content. So happy I want to cry. Yet there's so much more to be done. Buffy still has to learn what happened to her, what the writing on the wall really means, how to get out of there. And then when they go back, what then?
It's interesting that Spike's gameface that last time was the straw that broke her open. I loved the shaking feelings and closeness and intimacy in this chapter. You write so brilliantly, the scenes just play out in my head and I ache for them. They both have so much pain to go through before this is done, I'm sure. How anyone could just get over something like this... it can't be done. I'm looking forward to learning more about Buffy's long solitude and about her thoughts and feelings and memories.

yay! It was great, I feel sad and happy at the same time. I like that Buffy's okay with Spike, and that she's so sure she didn't hate him. I finally feel like they have a chance to get out. But please please please, don't mkae us wait so long next time, I tend to "forget" stuff after a while and the story's not as good when you can't remember all the plots and twists and stuff.

This was a lovely chapter.  Just perfect.  I can't wait for the next update.  I am glad that Buffy and Spike actually had a conversation that was not full of snark.  I think she now understands the depth of his love for her.

You have me in tears, hon. This was the chapter I've been waiting to read, and you didn't disappoint. Excellent emoting from both Spike and Buffy. Heart-wringing. Brava!

A beautiful scene without lingering too long on how these two characters suffered. Buffy is so in character, but in a way the Buffy on the show never had to be with nowhere near a similar experience. The only problem i had with the chapter was with the fact that it ended; You've finally updated, but now I want more!
