I love all the little lines throughout the story where Buffy gets all insightful and realizes there is more to Spike than just a cocky, evil vampire. You are growing their relationship slowly and beautifully!
Someone or something knocked Buffy out? (I like how Spike tried to save her even tho' he was too late--sweet.) I can't wait to find out what happens next...

*blushes* I love your compliment! :D It makes me all flustered and giddy. Being forced together like that opens Buffy's eyes to the parts of Spike she'd never let herself see. She would have probably told him so, except... I'm evil and someone/something interrupted. :P Sweet Spike. *swoons* Isn't he the best?? Especially when he does so subconsciously and without thinking? Great chapter. Wow- I think I wanna gowatch Fool For Love again, just because you have me thinking about punk Spike, and that's gotta be my fav incarnation (it was hot). And also hot? Whenever an author alludes to that famous 'one time'- I'm like Buffy and get all these delicious images in my head...
Okay, now I'm distracted. lol. Anyway, this chapter was funny as always, plus there was some action. THeen there was a Buffy who actually used that thing called compassion and felt sorta bad for the way she treated him- wonder how long that will last.
And damn you for the cliffhanger! I always curse those things (as a reader anyway, as a writer I use them frequently). Don't leave us hanging too long!

*blushes then kisses you breathless in gratitude* Now I wanna watch it too! Isn't he just the most drool worthy male specimen EVER?? It's my favourite too actually. As much as I love the black jeans and leather duster, the damn thing doesn't let us see Spike's butt! And what a butt that is, just makes you want to bite it or pinch it... or something. ;) Sorry, but Spike's attributes are my favourite topic. Ooh the 'one time'... I know what kind of images are in your head. They're in mine head too, naughty images that they are. ;) Distracting indeed, dear Niori. Buffy and compassion... has the world come to an end?? I think it might have. Buffy's always mean to Spike... I'm going to try and change her to a better improved Buffy who actually acts upon what she wants, not what the others think she should want. I hate cliffhangers... except when I write them... then it feels great to be evil. ;) You should know. Thank you for the amazing and awesome review!!! :D

You're such a tease! I really liked this chapter and Buffy's lingering doubts about Spike being just another vampire. Definitely looking forward to finding out what hit her at the end next chapter! Please update soon!
Me? A tease? Nah, not at all. ;) Oh yeah, Buffy is definitely starting to notice that Spike isn't your average bloodsucker, but will he prove himself to be more?? Hee.... Ahh evil evil cliff hangers! But i enjoyed the chapter once again :)

i'm a bit confused, i thought they weren't able to leave giles' place?
Sorry for the confusion, sweet reader! Nope... they are able to leave Giles' place. The spell gone wrong only means that Buffy and Spike are magically bound together, unable to leave the other's side for more than six feet, but they're not bound to a specific place. If you want to check it, you can read the end of ch2. :) Thank you for asking and leaving a review!!! :)
