Well, she never told him he couldn't come in...she just failed to do the inviting herself. I'm sure he'll get cocky and say or do something objectionable soon enough, though. Never fear.

lovely piece of writing - oh how I would have loved things to go this way.

I'm so pleased you enjoyed it. I wish the story would go this way, myself. It's a beginning — a happy beginning! Something tells me there will be more suffering ahead first, though!
