Wonderful!  Got my first fountain pen in 2nd grade.  That was a little rite of passage at my school.  We also had desk inkwells but we had bottles to place in the hole and we kids took care of our own ink.

Buffy wrote for quite some time now. Like with a diary, telling Spike everything.
Spike let his jealousy show when writing back. Buffy didn't see that, she was only hurt. Good Spike wrote a second letter :-D
Loved the long letter Spike wrote back. (And if Buffy was writing for a year, were the letters all the one she sent, huh? Guess so.)
They do indeed talk more (personal stuff) in the letters then they did before. Buffy is letting Spike near her.

I love Spike's request that she not wait until he's on fire to tell him that she loves him the next time.

It's so them. Their banter even through letters. I can totally see Dawn wanting to go to a Catholic school to feel safe. And eww, the Immortal hitting on Dawn? She should of cut off everything! Just love this fic, thanks.

hahahaha I LOVE spike saying that part about could she please tell him next time when the roof's not caving in and he's not trying to save the world? hehehe. Wonderful. I also really like that he believed her.
