I know! I've always had a soft spot for Xander (partly because he gets so maligned in a lot of Spuffy fics).

That was a fun chapter with the girls freaking about the spider, Anya and Xander's basement romp. Buffy and Spike's easy banter. The way the announcement was very easy and in natural conversation. Loved the last line. Thanks for the update, enjoying this fic.
