Now I wanna slap both of them! Talk about the stupidity of pride but I understand Spike not wanting to be kicked in the head anymore. I do look forward to seeing Drunk Buffy again so that should be rather hilarious...and sad.
Hope they both get a clue and kiss each other senseless in the next chapter and I will be eagerly awaiting it!

lol maybe alcohol is a good thing in this situation. It makes me happy that they're all trying to get them together, even Giles. Great chapter, great story. Can't wait for the next update!
I think in face of the evidence before their eyes - of a slowly-sinking Buffy and a seemingly ardent Spike - the Scoobies and Giles would have to admit defeat and make things happen. And alcohol is probably a good thing, you're right ;) Thanks for reading and reviewing - next chapter going up very soon.

Ok, ugh, Spike! You bone-head. Staying in the house refusing to go to Buffy. But what can we expect? lol I liked how Willow told him that she missed him. I think even in canon if the show went on, they all would have missed Spike.
Buffy and Giles both drunk, not good. But would she get drunk so soon? I can't remember back to Beer Bad and how long it took her to get drunk.
Well, I'm sad, now I have to wait till the weekened for another update, lol. But it's worth the wait!!!

He can be a stubborn vamp, just like the Slayer. They need their heads knocked together. I'd like to think that the Scoobies would get a brain cell eventually, and Willow would be able to persuade them all to see the good in Spike - in my world anyway.
Buffy was drinking beer in Beer Bad, and she's drinking shots in this, so yes - I think she would get drunk very quickly due to the high alcohol content, and no food! Glad you're enjoying, and next chapter is going up very soon.

Good for Spike. He shouldn't stick around to be her punching bag. And *drunk* Buffy - should be funny. Looking forward to the next installment.
