I can really picture this chapter quite well with all the costumes and the ball in progress. Nicely described.

Ah - Spike is taking a chapter from Vamp Willow book. Good little action scene at the end. Spike better apply some mouth to mouth to help Buffy regain consciousness.
Spike's down with the torture, a little finger breaking is always effective. And Buffy will regain consciousness on her own, but there will be some mouth to mouth regardless. :)
