This was another entertaining chapter. The rites and rituals are fascinating, and I enjoyed the deep detail in the wedding ceremony. Although it seems the newlyweds shared something with the co-mingling of their blood, I bet it's going to be a while before they're happily sharing much more than barbs. I'm looking forward to the flying sparks.
Yep I love happy ever afters - but not without a struggle first. The friction between them is what makes this couple so appealing and I'm glad that you agree too.

Thanks Vladt - am pleased that Droo doesn't seem to be putting people off - I'm usually up there going boo hiss at her but she insisted on better treatment.

Am delighted that you like it. Find it easier to write sex scenes if they're in disguise.

Great - that was some wedding. Hope the traditional Disco will be preserved LOL. Love your descriptions and settings. They're excellent.
Then I hope you like the description of the reception. My tongue was firmly in my cheek at times I'm afraid.

Still liking it - hate "droosilla", but that just means you've written her well, as I hate the show version as well. Really enjoying this story - whole new and original spin on the "have to marry/claim for the greater good" idea.
You may get to have a bit more sympathy for her here (you never know) but she's still completely wrong for our Spike.

Glad you accept my playing with the characters. Spike (and Buffy) have a few more shocks ahead of them.

Not bad.. interesting ceremony.. And the bracelet I guess mean's Spike is Buffy's.. And she is doing it to help the humans.

I can't wait for more! I loved this chapter, and I'm eager to see how Buffy and Spike react to one another in their new marriage.
