Nice little exchange between them. Just light enough, with the unsaid things under the surface. Also liked the "getting to know you" with the Scoobies. It isn't easy to bring off AU set ups and still capture the characters - so good for you!
Hehe, Buffy and Spike will be the masters of leaving the unsaid things unsaid for a little while. And thank you for the compliments about the Scoobies! I was a little nervous about how to introduce them at first, so I'm glad people are liking it. :) Thanks for reading!
