Storytellers by The Space Between We All Have A Story to Tell Ratings/Category: Post NFA - Spike POV For Evelyne, because I believe in her... I write. I’ve always written when I’ve felt the urge. Hard to say just what it is that compels me, but it’s something and so I write. People have written about me over the years. First it was a few small lines in the local print about murders and mayhem. Then the articles grew larger and spanned paragraphs within the cities and regions I visited. Then came the Council of Wankers with their moral ambiguity, armed with stakes and bloody notebooks and then the Watchers themselves—volumes written. All about yours truly. It’s just the way of things. I’ve written my own stories—great sweeping sagas spanning over a century of evil and corruption and rivers of blood only to be brought to its knees by love and it’s that love that continues to write the days of my life and I’m sometimes inspired to put pen to paper. I know I’m not very good at it. I heard that my whole life and considerably into my un-life as well—William the Bloody Awful Poet—but I don’t stop. I write now because I like writing—because I want to and sod all what anyone else thinks or has to say about it. As long as I’m still walking, I will have things to say and there’s no better way to say them than writing it down, though trading barbs with the Slayer—that’s a different kind of enjoyment all on its own. People still tell stories about me and will probably continue to do so well after I’m dust. And I’m counting on that—on people to tell my story. Because it’s not over yet.
