Set a few weeks after Joyce’s death. Buffy’s attempt to keep her emotions under control is broken in a very odd way.

This is a story I've been wanting to do for a very, very long time. I am a true blue Spuffy fan, but while reading all of these fantastic fics, I have found a few where Angel and Willow were paired, and was immediately smitten with the couple as well.

Takes place after the end of Angel, The Series. Spike and Angel, the only ones left after the battle, are traveling through Europe. They find Buffy still in Rome, living with both Dawn and Willow. Angel sees the connection that Spike and Buffy share, and while hesitant at first to finally let go, he gets some help by way of the red-headed witch. Meanwhile, Spike and Buffy are unsure of where they stand with each other; she is upset that he never told her he was back, and he is still reeling from seeing her with the Immortal. Yet again, these warriors are thrown into a fight to save Dawn. Xander stumbles onto the scene and ends up helping. All the while, a prophecy rears its ugly head. Sparks are definately flying.

A/N: Some characters are under a spell in this story, and not acting like themselves. Look for appearances by Lady!Buffy, Pirate!Larry, Soldier!Xander, and Demon!Kids, in addition to plain vanilla Angel, Cordelia, and Dru.
