Wow. One hell of a cliffhanger punch, delivered one after the other! I'm actually hopping around in excitement at the moment, the complications and twists you've put in this are great!

Hi, I just wanted to say that I have really enjoyed your trilogy.  Your writing style is very solid and you cleaned up a lot of the mess that original tv show created.  I'm so glad you brought Oz back into the story because he was one of my more favored characters.  I always felt Anya deserved better than Xander as well.  So thanks for writing.

after all this time, still loving this.
one of a few stories that doesn't lose its strength and focus with time and length.

excellent update, thank you. perhaps travers, who i have never seen portrayed so reasonable, will have a way to remove spike's chip.

Oooh, excellent chapter. I'm scared of what Riley is going to do to get his hands on the babies but I trust in you. Spike will tear the Initiative to pieces and laugh through the pain of his chip firing while he does so. And if there's anything left, Giles will get them. And the Council may prove to be helpful in disbanding the neo-Nazi jerks.

Hmmm, I wonder if techno-geek Warren could do something about Spike's chip? After building an android, disabling one computer chip should be a piece of cake.

HA!  Your timing is impeccable.

I'm SO sorry I haven't been reviewing lately.  I hadn't been back on the BSV site for a while and realized I'd been missing updates.  So today I happily sat down and gorged on lovely ORigins posts.  As always, this story keeps me enthralled and the action is progressing faster and faster these last few chapters.  I can't wait to see where this convergence of forces will go.

P.S.  Points for the use of the word "asshat" in the last chapter.  It made me smile.

Where else would we be when these characters are  behaving so twisty that I can't figure out what comes next!  Love your writing and this chapter.

Nia,

This is still one of my favortie stories.  I am so glad that you have are still working on it.  I can't wait to see what you have planned next.  Is Travers a good guy?  It will be interesting to see.  Hope all is well in your life and you can update soon.

And the plot just keeps on thickening!  Another great chapter, thanks!

My favourite line is Anya's "Was it like having lots and lots of orgasms at once?"  lol!  I hadn't thought about it that way, but really that's an apt description.  The final moments of giving birth struck me as somehow orgasmic, or the completion of sex itself, but you're right about the labour pains, too.

Looking forward to more!

Wonderful chapter Niamh! You capture the 'voices' of the characters so very well, it is almost like I can hear them saying their lines. I loved how Giles and Wes treated Riley and his gang. I can't wait to see what Quentin is up to, I hope he is going to turn out to be a good guy in all of this. I am riveted by this work, please know that this fic is dearly loved.

OMG, I can't wait for Riley and his crew to meet up with Ripper.  They have no idea what he is capable of.  And they are threatening the Sunnydale FAMILY?  Did Riley not learn at all?  I can't believe that Buffy kept her pains to herself.  She was great a blocking that all out.  Awesome chapter and leave it to Faith to crack me up.  And what a time for Travers to show up?

Okay... Are you trying too give me a heartattack???  I feel like this is one of those perfect storms. What a "wild" ride.  You are an awsome writer.  Thank you for hanginng in there to finish this incredible tale.  I hate too think of this story coming to an end, but I can't wait too see the way you will wrap all this up.

Ta!

BTW - Lovely little switch-a-roo with your take on Travers (well so far!)

Welcome back!  Really enjoyed this episode.  My favourite ingredients for a good spuffy are developments in the group dynamic, (I've always been a sucker for bands of brothers) and a healthy plot pace.  I'm loving the fact that you don't get bogged down in PWP and actually do some tale telling.  You bring out nuances of characters that are rooted in their show origins, and don't try to spring implausible and unsatisfying contradictions in character on us.
Do you know 'In my craft or stubborn art' by Dylan Thomas?  He knew how hard it was to keep going at times.  Keep at it.   You help me escape.  xx

AHHHHHHHH! Cliffhanger! *sigh* Great chapter!! Can't wait for the next one! You know, it's Buffy stories like this that makes a quote stick in my head. Especially when those stories involve the initative. Umm, ever read any of Kay Hooper's books? It's in one of them. Goes something like...Those who seek to destroy monsters should see to it that they themselves do not become a monster...something like that. Can't remember who says it but it's a really cool quote that i think lots of people should follow especially if they're in the business of destroying "monsters" and i'm rambling! sorry! Excellent chapter! Update soon please!

Phew - you're ratcheting up the tension something wicked!!  I'm glad the reinforcements have arrived, I think they'll be needed.  The Nazi undertones are chilling.

This is wonderful. It's always a fillip to see that this has updated but this chapter is great. Lots of plot, lots of passion and Giles doing a Ripper speech. Can't wait to see what happens next.

I admit to not having read this story for awhile so I had to go back to refresh my memory.  But man...is this getting good.  Everything's happening all at once!  The Initiative, the Council, and then to top it all off...Buffy's having the babies.  Man - sucks to be her!!!

Can't wait for the update!

Travers actually being on Buffy's side has been a welcome surprise.

Riley's still being such an idiot!

And Buffy, well, the babies, have flawless timing, LOL.
