What happened to The Bloody Awful Sandlot?

I tried to access it to find a fic call When Tables Turn by C.Roxane (Spike with wings always a good thing) and it said it could access it on that server. When searching I found it was only archived in other places Sinister attraction(Down until further notice) and Vampire's kissI know it hadn't been updated in a long time and thier link library was spammed to death but AI still liked to visit.
