There was a fic that I was reading last year--I think the name was Too Young to Feel So Old? Its an all human fic, where Buffy is raped at a party at 15/16 years of age and decides to keep her baby even though Joyce doesn't want her to so Buffy runs away from home and lives with her cousin Faith. Faith's boyfriend is a drug dealer and they run off and Buffy gets caught and put in a foster home and her daughter taken away from her until she can complete parenting/drug classes and such. She meets Spike who lives with his Uncle Giles and Buffy's foster parents are kinda odd--John hits on her even though his wife Rosemary is around who is often sick with migraines and hates Buffy.

Anyone have any idea what fic I'm talking about or where I can find it?

She added two new chapters in January, so hopefully she will be continuing the story.  Before that she hadn't updated since August (apparently had no internet access) but she does plan to finish the story.
