I don't see a "voting" form at the site - can someone give some info on how you cast a vote for all the current round nominees?

We don't have a popular vote for each category at RPA, just the Reader's Choice poll (those fic are picked each round by the admin). The link to the RC poll is in my previous comment, but I'll link again here.
