Vampire's Kiss

Does anyone know if Vampire's Kiss is going to be down permanently?  I've tried a few different links to it and none of them work.

It was up a few days ago when I posted my fic.  I haven't seen anything about it on Mandi's LJ, but I've been MIA from there for a while, so someone else may have.  I suspect it's just a glitch and will be back soon.

It could be it went down as soon as it rolled over to November. That's usually when any billing problems show up.
