I have two on here: "A Mother's Plea" (Angel drains Buffy when she gets him to bite her in an effort to save his life.  Joyce begs Spike to "save" her daughter.  And its sequel "Born to be Your Baby" wherein Buffy learns to live with her new condition and also has to worry about taking down the Mayor at graduation.  Spuffy eventually.

I suggest Needlework by Holly (EF has that one) - though that might be the one you read where she was turned by Dracula.  Holly also has Wicked and that one's here on BSV.
