Hello fellow Spuffy lovers!

I'm looking for a fic regarding the title... It's post-Chosen. I remember that Buffy was sent back in time to get some sort of book from a demon... There she meets Spike and ends up telling him about the future. She then gives him a potion to make him remember her in the future so he doesn't burn up in the Hellmouth.  She isn't sure it works, but when she gets back to her apartment, there he is, waiting for her, with all of his memories. Can anyone help?
