What I remember is as follows:

Buffy is some kinda waitress at Hooters or a very similar diner/restaurant.
She had either a short affair or a one night stand with Spike/William resulting in a child, a daughter.
They part ways.
Spike is completely unaware that he is a father.
Spike works a lawyer or something of the sorts, possibly owns a lawfirm.
Spike and co-workers/friends go to the diner that Buffy works at some years later.
Spike sees her, and her daughter, says hello to her daughter who is, 3-6 years old.

And that's all i have.
