Confusing chapter. Not very explanatory, it all kinda blurred together. I'm assuming Dawn cut herself with the mirror and taunted Buffy til she attacked her...?

This happened so fast that I got confused.  This was a suicide attempt by Dawn, right? Way to go to make Buffy worse than she is but I understand that it adds to the conflict.
