Buffy's attitude here is so very believable.  She's now a vampire, so of course she didn't see her dinner as killing, or wrong at all.  Like she said, he was there, she was hungry, nothing personal.  Also, how she doesn't want to kill a huge number of people, not because it's wrong, but because she doesn't want the Giles guilt-trip.  But Buffy's still in there, as she realizes, even if she doesn't exactly see things in the same light as before. 

And mmm, the rest of the chapter?  So hot . . . and love the little bit of the gentleman in Spike and Buffy's innocence even in the face of her vanished inhibitions.
