Thank you for a lovely hero Riley.  I always liked him as a character, just not for Buffy.  I love how he supported Buffy and and gave her the courage to come out.  then he ran much needed interference with the scoobs!  I hope that Sam will treat him right and that Giles' presence in the timeline will help things not go so badly sideways...  maybe in this universe, Tara lives.

I loved the character analysis in this story... you didn't make anyone extremely anything...  very subtle, and believable.

Very nice story, and a much better send off than he ever got in the show. I think this Riley is much more real, in a way, certainly a far cry from the one dimensional blunder bore the show made of him.

That was really great story. And you are right I won't bash Riley ever again...he was really sweet and understanding in your story and that is how i like my characters :D Thank you for sharing!

I think this is the first story I have ever read where I didn't hate Riley... I love how u made him nice and understanding and actually had him help fix some of the problems that took place in the BTVS plot line!!!

I will definitely be reading all of ur other stories cuz i know they will be just as good as this one if not better :)

Awww.  What a great story!  I always kind of liked Riley as person but I didn't like him with Buffy and I thought the turn his character took was a little off.  I think you have redeemed him and actually made him a nice, smart guy from Iowa.  I love how you made his presence just what was needed to make things alright with everybody.  Great story!  Thanks for writing.

     wow, I enjoyed this story  - even tho I usually just read NC-17 Spuffies. It was well-written, funny, and wove various plot lines together seamlessly. I almost think I'd like to read Riley-fic. But of course I have no time for anyone but Spike : )

Wow, you achieved the impossible and made me like Riley! I really enjoyed your story and loved the Buffy coming out to her friends moment and Anya and Xander's happy ending too. Sorry its over!

 I didn't think I would like such a Riley-centric story, but it was really good! I enjoyed it a lot. I loved the shifting POV and you did a great job weaving in canon.

Of course this Riley was totally off canon which is why I like him here. Great ending!

Thank you for the lovely story.  God knows Buffy needed someone in her corner in S6 regarding Spike and Riley , unexpectedly, served brilliantly.  Well told tale from start to finish.
