In this chapter, you switch back and forth from Buffy's head to Willow's head.  Probably would be better to stay with Buffy and have them talk all this out.  Also, I think Angel would try to tell Buffy the reason why she has to stay away from Spike.  Then, she can tell him he's full of baloney.
