Just got up from my bed of pain to check for updates, gotta say seeing this up has done me more good than any amount of Lemsip. What can I say, loved it, loved it, loved it. Everything came together so well. I was worried when Spike was waylaid by the M'Fashnicks, glad they were only a minor irritation. The Convo with Kit was really comical, I think we could all do with a Kit. Lovely Spuffy ending, ahhhh.. 

Aw, you poor thing. Got the flu, huh? Well I'm glad the doctor could help! ;-)

Awwww. They used their words, even. So good to see. I think Buffy is very wise to concentrate on very small details that she's missed, rather than big, flowery delarations that just aren't specific enough to be digestible to a guy that's been so starved for affection.

Another lovely chapter. I find it very amusing that Spike is turning to a computer for romantic advice. He'll get his mojo back, I'm sure.

I'm curious to know more about the (possibly) Willow-backed undercover operation targeting Buffy. However, I think Buffy should include Dawn in on her investigation. Haven't these guys learned anything about keeping secrets? (Spike'll probably set her straight. It's his specialty, after all.)

Teeny edit: "threw" the door ought to be "through" the door.

My cup runneth over::))   That was simply heart-felt and lovely.They finally said and shared what they were really feeling and felt, and it was spot on!            I loved it!              Everything my romantic little heart could desire and then some!

Awwww - lovely, real-feeling reunion scene.  Obviously something is going to go terribly wrong any minute.... :)

*Sighs*.  That warmed the cockles of me heart!  Love the way Buffy tells Spike all the things that she missed about him.  That was a very tender exchange between them.  I'm not always a fan of post-series fics, but your Buffy and Spike are at once so recognisable and yet so matured that this story has been a joy to read so far. 
Looking forward to find out what wickedness Willow has waiting in the wings!


 

Thanks so much Spitfire! I'm especially pleased that you find the characters recognizable. There's no point writing Spuffy if they're not. We might as well be writing original fics then, you know? Thanks so much for sharing your thoughts. :-)

Glad to see that she realized that they belong together. I always knew she could be a little slow on the uptake. :)
Were you ever in any doubt? This is Spuffy, after all! I didn't want to rush our herione to the realization in this story. It just wouldn't be canon, in my view, for her to get onbaord the Spike Train so quickly. That's very us, but not her! Thanks so much for the review.  :-)
