I pretty much went off Dawn after S7, hope her olive branch is accepted.
I think she would have loved to have a chance to mend fences. She was fierce in protecting her sister but always did love Spike. He understood that. I made Buffy "forget" to pass on the message because I think Buffy would have neglected to pass it on....not deliberately just that Buffy rarely thought of others when dealing with her "men".
I believe Spike held no ill will with Dawn. He understood her thinking and likely even approved of her reaction as he hated what happened as well.
