Turnabout is fair play!  Love it!

Absolutely loved the ending! It was great!

I liked this story right up until this chapter. . . .please tell me it doesn't end this way!!!     I was really hoping that Buffy would realize that Spike did not have to help her at all, because the chip only kept him from killing; it didn't make him GOOD!    Why doen't anyone in Sunnydale see what a rarity Spike is???   He is supposed to be EVIL all the time, yet he is one of the nicest "people" in town.   He doesn't automatically judge someone based on what they do, but how they treat others.     Spike liked Tara right away when she met the Scoobies, becasue she is a good person. . .he also liked Joyce Summers and Dawn right away, becaue they were both nice people.     Why doesn't anyone (especially Giles) see that!!!   Maybe that would make a good story!

Now that I ranted, I really liked this story, but would love to read more of it. . . .possibly with a "kinder, gentler" Slayer, Watcher & Scoobies!

I am so glad to see that you have come back to complete this story.  Maybe you will even take up writing new Buffyverse stories.  Have been a fan of your work for many years. 

Time to do some re-reads now.
