FYI re brain surgery.  It's been 9 years since my brain tumor/craniotomy and I STILL am scheduled for follow-up MRI's.  It takes 2-3 years for the brain tissue to fill in the missing gap and then they check for re-occurences the following years.  The next scan will be the last, thankfully. 

At least Spike convinced Joyce to keep that appointment!! Doctors may not know everything but a post brain surgery CAT scan seems like something you don't shrug off! Unless you have a death wish. I don't care how good you are feeling. When someone has cracked open your skull and poked around in it you really need to have a check up!
