You do know how to bring the tears and laughter all at the same time. Can i just say that I'm with Spike? Tess of the d'Urbervilles is one of the worst books I've every had to read? LOL I reread it as an adult just in case my teenage brain didn't "get" it and I still wanted to throw it against a wall. :)
Yeah. It was SUCH BLOODY CRAP! I still can't believe they made me read that thing....

Powerful juxtapositioning of similar ages in the life of Buffy versus Dawn. Dawn got to be a teenager thanks to Buffy's sacrifice and Spike's attention.
Yes! Even if Spike's not being quite the best role-model in the world, he's far and far and away better than Angel was.
