Good chapter, Spike must be so crushed it's not even funny. Can't really see him getting his "big bad" back not after something like this. Also interested in seeing what Dawn has planned.

I cannot believe it took so long for Buffy to offer. She could have put some in a mug and given it to him soon after he was rescued. I hope Tara's healing spell works.

I am so enjoying this story! I especially love how you aren't rushing things in Spike's recovery. Can't wait to read the next chapter. -Lisa

Heart breaking chapter of him pleading about if she was ever going to let him have a choice let it be that. Very gut wrenching. I swear everyone has ganged up to put all their angsty chapters on the same day. Very good writing. Very moving. Look forward to the next update.
