Feathers and Forked Tongues by weyrwolfen ComedyofErrors 04/19/2006 03:57 pm Tender and sweet and characteristically Spike at the departure. I appreciate your description of Buffy being 'incapable of holding a grudge' and the effect this has on those around her. It's a very true attribute of her, an unintentional sting of associating with Buffy. Giles and Spike's reactions are perfect and touching. I'm glad you agree with that take on her. I love the characters as much as the next fan, but their flaws made them more "real." Thanks for reviewing! fallen_angel 04/19/2006 01:29 pm Gonna miss the witches. sweet chapter. Oh, they'll be in touch. It is the information age and all. ;-) Thanks for reviewing! vladt 04/19/2006 01:04 am fine read. thanks Thank you! DeanSamWinchesterfan 04/18/2006 09:44 pm Good chapter.I love Sweet Spike, even if he denies it.Update soon. Can you do one of my challenges, please?Pretty please?Their numbers:228,208,206,205,and 174. Thanks! I'll take a look, but no promises. Lord knows what my muse will make of things. She's kind of perverse sometimes. 04/18/2006 05:17 pm Gotta love Meret riding in the car (reminds me of a cat I used to have) on the dashboard. Will we find out what's in the Crawford Street mansion soon? More story please. Well, you'll get to find out a little bit about the stuff in the mansion soon, but I'll be keeping some of those secrets for much of the story. Thanks for reviewing! Dar 04/18/2006 05:13 pm Buffy carrying on oblivious...Spike's hair hmmm......Meret so sweet...I liked it. Hmm, have you been sneaking peeks at my outline? ;-) Thanks for reviewing! 04/18/2006 04:10 pm I bet Spike feels bad for getting Tara drunk now! Lmao... and yes, very scary hug... spare me the gory details, rofl But, doesn't alcohol fix everything? ;-) Thanks for reviewing! kim 04/18/2006 02:57 pm Awwwww! I'm figuring that Tara has those hairs now for a reason. Hmm, what will she need to look in on Spike for? And I love his relationship with Dawn. It's so sweet. A very good point how you shone a light on Buffy being oblivious to other's pain. Before and after her death, she was always the last to notice when others were having a rough time, or a rough memory. Considering how Joyce and Dawn are, Buffy had to have taken after her father. She completely lacks that whole empathy gene. And I think Meret might be able to choose what she sends on to others from Spike, since they have the primary connection? Though, I wouldn't put it past Spike to have that level of control for himself, anyway, since he lived with Dru all those years. So much in this review I shouldn't comment on yet... As for Buffy's cluelessness, I thought it was an important trait to bring up in a story that deals with empathy/telepathy. I'm glad you liked it. Thanks for reviewing! | |||
