Wow! that was great, maybe Buffy's ready to ask for a little vengence of her own for a change and we know that Anya, especially now will be more then eager to grant that wish. I'm so excited, I've never wanted to hear the words "wish granted" before. Another fantastic chapter.

I like this Anya, calm, knowledgeable, and wired for vengeance. Now they just have to find out who. An excellent storyline beautifully written.

Sooo... It looks like Anya's being a vengeance demon again not only doesn't bother Buffy, it looks as if she might be thinking that it's not a bad thing at all. Kind of agreeing with that assessment. On to read the next chapter. oh, almost forgot - this is just awesome. :)

Excellent! I was really hoping that Anya's help would be substantive. Love seeing Buffy so righteous in Spike's behalf.

Much as I would love to see Buffy request some of Anya's "special" justice...this is Spike's fight, not hers. Once he can speak and tell her who did this, she might want to think about what she does. Once you go down a certain path, there is no going back and there's no way to truly forget what you've done. There is no getting "clean" again. Look before you leap, Buffy!

Really good chapter. I just love Anya. Good thing she's a vengence demon, I'm sensing there will be a rather pressing need for vengence once Spike is all healed. Or maybe he'll do it himself. I guess we'll see. Can't wait for more.

More good stuff! Now that Anya is on the scene, and we have the possibility of a vengeance wish floating in the air, my money is on Xander as the shooter... the dramatic complications are just too delicious.

Oooooo GREAT reaction from Buffy (methinks along with the budding understanding and acceptance of Anya as a vengeance demon there is the germ of a plan for payback *G*).

Poor Spike and Buffy too. Yea Anya...so smart to come to proper conclusions so fast (and IN character...she rarely is credited with the smarts she had). Wonder if Anya has thought of Xander yet and just what Buffy may ask of her to get even?

Will look forward to Dawn's reaction too. Poor Spike will be so confused not knowing what is expected of him. As bad as it's been he knew what to expect, there was a sense of security in a sicko way....now.....it's all going to be foreign.

The pervert who has been torturing him is most likely going to be visiting with threats when he knows Buffy has found Spike.

I am really looking forward to more of this story. I like the thought of Anya and Buffy working together on this one.

Knew Anya would be a good person to call. And I am sure that she will figure out the possible suspects long before Buffy, who lives in denial not only about her feelings for Spike, but many other things as well.

Buffy gets vengeance but will she be able to face who the vengeance is on. Can't (don't wanna ) wait for the answer. Great read

Anya's help and showing that she is daemon again without knowing the consequences and of course Buffy's reaction was just great. Now that they are heading home I wonder Dawn's reaction, Buffy maybe in denial about who may be the shooter but Dawn and Anya have insight to tell her who may want Spike punished.

Can't wait to read more.

I loved Buffy's reaction to finding out about Anya's demon status. I'm glad she is finally getting past the human good, demon evil mentality. Thanks for the Thanksgiving gift of an update.

So, the girls are leaning towards a human culprit, and Buffy's thinking vengeance. If it's Riley, Anya would probably go for it. But, if it's Xander, Anya may not be so ready grant a wish. I guess I'll just have to wait and find out :-P

Okay, that was just excellent. Now I know that Buffy hasn't apparently made the obvious assumptions, but I know Anya's smart enough that she's got to be thinking of at least one person who would want vengeance on Spike and is human, and there's two obvious suspects. But, yeah, I'm definitely appreciating the potential vengeanec wish possibilities here. Thank's so much for posting even with the holiday. Happy Thanksgiving and can't wait for more.
