whoa...that was unexpected...poor buffy...how is it possible? i can't wait for them to find out what caused it, how it happened...hope buffy will let spike reach out to her..this was a beautifully written chapter, loved it, and can't wait for more :)

interesting story, well I wonder if willow caused the tumor when bringing buffy back, and what will be the scoobies' reactions when they learn buffy was in heaven. And of couse I wonder what will spike and dawn do? they are the ones love buffy most.
