Don't know how I missed this one but I'm glad I did now that you finished like this. What he felt for Cecily wasn't true love, not like this. Got to read the next chapter, thanks Wendy, it was so beautiful.

I think that would be the only time Spike would actually feel any different. On the one hand, he has this shame hanging over him that is a reminder of why he got the soul in the first place; and then he has this need that he can't explain, it's enough to make you cry. I know I would, if it were my first time...:)

WOW yes...what we never got on screen. Spike and expressed love after the soul. Nice and powerful here. Yup, this is the sort of healing they both need.

I was hoping for something like this from ME's writers...so I wrote my own. So glad you felt it too. I was hoping to evoke emotion. What would it be like for Spike? I don't know, but I think I came close.

Good chapter.Update soon.The soul's finally starting to hit Spike.How's your weather?It's been snowing since Sunday and will continue to here until at least Friday.Yay for two hour delays!
The soul had to hit sometime. Unlike winter here, that seems to have passed by. It's surprisingly warm, all things considered.
