From the very first chapter on, I have been checking regularly for an update; diligently, impatiently even, often several times a day.

In fact, I've read all your other stuff* too. But alas I'm a naughty lurker and have barely reviewed up until now. Your writing is truly awesome, and I've been a bad but loyal fan.

Your writing is evocative, sublimely capturing the often explosively emotional drama you create. Simply put, you rock.

Also, while it sounds silly, your stories are always well edited; spelling, grammar, and punctuation rules actually followed, which is never a given on the internet. Your attention to these details makes the stories easily comprehensible, and is much appreciated. Way to go, DOS! That was perfect. I had to go back and check to see if this was "The End," because it would have been perfect if you wanted to have it end like that. I can't tell you how much I adore their relationship- the tenativeness, the almost-awkwardness and of course the smoldering passion that lies beneath :) Your potrayal of Buffy's emotions, especially her frustrations are so on the spot and vivid, completely realistic! I was having an awful day, but seeing BHNM updated definitely impoved it :D

Nice way to come full circle. Really are winding down, now.

I'm so happy about the Spuffy kiss! That she reminded him of why he had to go on living, and that he owed it to himself to move past what had happened. I'm hoping he's really going to go with it and try to be with her. I know Dawn would be overjoyed about it. How cute was her reaction to the movie considering all the real blood, guts and demons she has seen so far in life?

YES! Perfect setting for that all important step. This time there's no "It isn't real" crap either....this time it IS once more WITH feeling....:::happy sigh:::....

Good for Buffy to make him face his fears and admit the problem. Good for Spike to accept that it will never be the same for him and now he must move forward. Yeah for them both for making sure they are on the same page.

This is so satisfying. There is no way they can do anything less than make it together now. Both have learned so very much and really taken the lessons to heart. No force on earth can break a bond like the one they are forging.

Excellent as is the whole story all the way through.
