This is simply great characterization. I never really thought much about the "William" connection with the Spike character, but had me thinking. Great stuff, thanks!
Oh I love when the characters ring true! Thank you so much. I always saw lots of William in Spike and vice versa and this is one of my attempts to take a peak at that angle.

I have just realised that I LOVE your style... the way you write is just so... captivating. It's lovely! Spike, or William rather, falling for his golden goddess already...? That boy just had no hope of escaping the slayer lol :P

great chapter, love, i'm getting very much into this fic...and i'm not usually all about william fics, i usually prefer spike to be the focus...but this is so deep and emotional and lavishly written, i can't help being drawn in...beautifully done, love :)

Cam left a bit to desire right! So glad you are liking this. I always try to see the Spike in William and the William in Spike...they are both there and the reasons are his roots IMHO. That's why I like to explore the human he was from time to time. k
