Oh no! Has she gone catatonic again? If she is, hope Althenea has been slaying in her place. Guess it probably won't faze her to kill her to bring about another one, she is a watcher, they've killed slayers throughout time. Mouse is a shaman, but how far into the future are they if Panya is old now? Is anyone left behind besides Buffy? So many things to discover as consequences of his desperate move. I'm not sure how much time has passed...my muse is vague on that. But there are many things that can make you old beyond one's years. I think Mouse has probably seen enough to qualify as an "old" man.

huh? gotta say i'm a little confused...i loved the chapter, but did she dust him or not? i really hope not....very anxiously awaiting more :)
Did you catch the teaser at the end? Dust is in the eye of the beholder. :)

Even though I know Spike isn't dust, it was still heartbreaking to imagine him going poof. :( Loved the cryptic Spike/Panya talk at the end of the update. Great chapter. :soon:

Looks that way. Travers might get his wish after all. Think of it as a glamor, one like Tara did in "Family." But, lets hope Giles has more focus. Spike's there, but he's not seen.
