Buffy is the person we know and love, just born later?
Her mother, Elizabeth, existed in the TV-Buffy time? And she was intimate with Spike?
When Buffy said that the vamp who killed her mother was a 'she' I thought it would be Drusilla! And I wonder what it was that Spike went to get....
