Too damn bad the muse wouldn’t listen, and despite my endless pleading, he demanded this one be written in response to the “Third Slayer” challenge posted for round nine of Fang Fetish Awards. I will warn you up front that this is not a fluffy, happily-ever-after story. And it takes place in an alternate reality wherein Angelus has never had a soul.
