This happened in their equivalent of late season six. Having seen what he did, Giles sat down and wrote an account of the major differences between the two worlds, and how they came to pass. This is an entire rewrite of Season 4. It is novel length and deals with the Initiative on a whole new level. And Spike tells the story of how he was sired in this fic which is something I am proud of. :) I hope you enjoy it.
