Takes place in a much nicer season 6, Buffy and Spike have a relationship that is accepted by all of her friends. But just when things are finally going their way, tragedy strikes.

Buffy and alcohol are un-mixy things - except maybe when a certain peroxide blonde vampire is around!

Timeline: Vague Season 5

Setting: S7 Summary: Just before the battle against the First Evil, Buffy decides not to let anything wait too long where her two vampires are concerned. How it could have gone if Buffy had managed to face her biggest danger: her own emotions. A/N: “End of Days” was written by Doug Petrie and Jane Espenson. “Chosen” was written by Joss Whedon. The cup of perpetual torment may have been fake, but Spike’s destiny as the victor is real. Angel has horded his supremacy over Spike for over a century, and it is time for Spike to show once and for all that he is the winner in the end. He wiped the floor with Angel during their battle in the opera house for the cup. Fake cup or not, he is about to be rewarded with everything he’s ever wanted. It’s time for Spike to be rewarded with his destiny. (Also I am changing the canon timeline for Angel at the end of this story because of how I ended up wanting to settle things.)

Set in season 5, goes AR from there. Takes place after 'Out of Mind'. On a routine patrol, Buffy and Spike are captured to be sold at a slave brothel. With her friends and family unable to find her, Buffy must rely on her mortal enemy to keep her sane in a world of slavery and torment.

The Master rises, and calls all his family to him

During "Graduation," Angel claims Buffy. All is well until a newly chipped Spike ends up on their doorstep, and their ties to each other and to him are all challenged, even the claim itself...

Set sometime between "Doublemeat Palace" and "Dead Things."  Smutty, raunchy and a bit dark.
