season II; written for the Good_Evil community, this fic doesn't really become Spuffy until the sequel. However, Spike and Buffy are definitely the main characters and the gang is all here at one time or another. As are Angelus and Dru. Spike's being ignored by Buffy, as usual, and gets an offer of help. Spuffy with Cordelia, Dawn, Angel, Xander, Anya and Warren’s friend, Brandon (new character) Thanks to Marzbar for her excellent Beta advice.

Cannon up until mid "Chosen". Buffy and Spike share their last night together before their fight in the HellMouth. Spike dies in the HellMouth, and Buffy relises the implications of their last night together. Beaten and broken, the Slayer must find a way to save the man she loves.
