A look at how Buffy and Spike spent Christmas from BtVS season 1 to AtS season 5. Not really a story, more like snapshots of the holiday. (It's possible I will produce a "real" Christmas story before next weekend, but so far this is it for this year. :)

Spike was a ruthless vampire, who fell in love with a young Slayer named Elizabeth. He suddenly has to leave on a mission, returning about eighteen years later and not knowing just how much time had passed. He finds a young girl fighting vampires who greatly resembles Elizabeth, but is she who he thinks she is?

She knows that she’ll tell him eventually – when the world is falling apart and when she has no other choice – but she’s too much of a coward to say it now, and the words sound too foreign on her tongue. Set between the end of Showtime and the beginning of Potential.
