Set during *Once More with Feeling*    Spike finally got a few things off his chest and told Buffy to take a hike...  But, he didn't really mean it!

Sunnydale is gone.  The Scoobies have scattered and Angel is the CEO of Wolfram & Hart.  A lot of things can change in a matter of months. But, Spike isn't as gone as everyone thought.  His spirit has been inhabiting this world, running on borrowed time, from an afterlife he fears.  But why, after all this time, is he suddenly grounded to Wolfram & Hart?  Is it the amulet?  Coincidence?  Or is there something more sinister at work?
