The recent joint effort Mary Sue about devirginizing William has gotten me curious...step right up...share your completely mary sue ficlets staring you...and Spike. (you know they're in your head somewhere...don't even think about denying it.  You guys share yours and I might share mine. ;)

You can write it out in like a mini story form, or just tell me.  Come on...let's get all "true confessions" with each other...this feels like a total bonding moment.

Uhm no, no fantasies of that sort here. I'm not, that's not something I do, never have and probably never will. Can't understand why anyone would either. Not saying I think you're all wrong or icky or whatever, my head just doesn't work that way, and it's hard to imagine how it would be if it worked differently. Impossible actually. LOL Ok, so that's me... On you go.

It's not like I fantasize about every fictional male out there lol...but if I write about someone...I have to have the fantasy first.  To me, if a scenario doesn't get my motor revving personally, why bother writing it?  But that's just me.  I'm like that with my original male characters too lol.  Right now I'm having some pretty steamy incubus fantasies fueling my novel lol.

But I've always been this "Walter Mitty" type of person.  I've had tons of weirdo bizarre fantasies about various circumstances and things, not all of them "dirty" lol.

LOL...nope, none... I like my Spike with a slayer and as I'm not a slayer...

I have plenty of Spike/Buffy fantasies.. and many a fantasy where Spike rips Xander's throat out and leaves him lying on the ground in a pool of blood, Or ones where Riley, Kennedy, Angel and Xander are locked in a room together for all eternity... Okay, so you probably didn't want to know about those ones LOL... but, nope, no ME/Spike fantasies.

Well its me and James,lol. But sometimes Spike visits too.

and as for fantasies with the characters I write...i mean yeah...i alter things some for the character in question...but why would i write it if *I* didn't think it's hot? I mean when you write romance you want your reader to want to live vicariously through your main female. You want them to want to sleep with your main male lead.  How can I want you to sleep with someone I don't want to sleep with? lol

I'm having a real hard time with this...not calling you all liars...but seriously I don't get this spike attraction if you personally wouldn't sleep with him.

Oh, no, don't get me wrong. I WANT to sleep with Spike. I want his teeth in my neck and well you get the point,lol. But for some reason my dreams turn to James. But when I do have those staring Spike, they are hot and heavy. I need to project that into my fics,lol.

I'm not saying I wouldn't sleep with him... but I don't fantasise about it.  And yeah, James does nothing for me... Spike is the sexy one!!!

And I have written Angel/Willow and can absolutely guarantee there is nothing about EITHER of them that appeals to me.

I totally heart you goldenbuffy! heh.  Spike has made many cameos in dreams, especially when I'm writing fanfic.  There was once a Spike and Angelus dream that was VERY hot. ;) and in my defense I can't help what I dream, except the lucid dreams...but the spike/angelus one wasn't lucid I didn't choose that dream lol.

ok Always_jbj...I'll bite (and I know this is TMI and personal so you can totally slap me with a wet noodle, cause I'm an 'Anya' lol.) but...who or what DO you fantasize about.  Everybody has to have a fantasy...I mean batteries alone just don't get it done.  It's much better with a story line.  So now that I've totally freaked you out to the point where you will find some way to make me pay for saying it lol...i'll shut up.

Ah...now Spike dreams I have had... but they are usually like watching the show... you know... like I'm just watching, not actually participating.

My first fic... Axis of Love was a dream, actually. (and I have another one written up in point form that will hopefully get written up at some stage.)

And the JBJ dreams tend to be a lot more 'hands on' LOL *purrrr*

I've had a few stories or scenes start off from dreams. Not always sexual ones, either, just so you know. I've had about an equal number of Spike and James dreams. And some have been...*blushes*....wow. Vivid technicolor surround-sound full feeling....

Ahem..anyway, I don't write myself into my stories. And fantasizing only really happens when I'm lying awake with insomnia, cuz I might as well entertain myself if I can't sleep. Often, it's just having someone to talk to, or just kissing.  Had one or two about being some kind of super being, though....that was fun.

Had a dream years ago where I was turned into a vampire, but not by Spike, unfortunately. That dream was so weird....

I debated going anonymous for this post, but decided that would make me a pussy!  :-d

I've had a few Spike/BtVS dreams, but mine were more like watching the show also.  Sometimes it was just watching, sometimes I was participating, but nothing steamy...uh, I don't think anyway.  I usually forget my dreams.

Now fantasies, on the other hand...duh!  How else would I come up with storylines?  I usually fantasize about Spike and Buffy together.  I've experimented with picturing myself with Spike, and it just doesn't work for me.  I do, uh, have a James fantasy, though.

I'm in California on vacation (a place, btw, I have never been) and I'm checking out the scene, in a club/bar type place, and I go up to the bar for a drink.  Standing on the other side, chatting with a pretty girl, is James.  I can't believe my eyes.  I laugh at myself for what I'm about to do, but I figure I'll never have any kind of chance again, so I catch the bartender's attention, ask for a shot of Jager and a rum & coke for myself, then offer to buy the gentleman at the other end of the bar another of whatever he's having, and his lady friend as well.  I honestly don't want him to think I'm hunting him or anything, just that I'm a fan.  I take my shot as the bartender takes them their drinks, and see him pointing out to James who they were from.  He catches my eye, and we raise our glasses in toast across the bar.  At this point I can't believe I just did that, and the fantasy takes off in various directions.  He comes over to where I'm sitting to say thanks, a conversations strikes up...I leave the bar to go dance and the next thing I hear is him right next to my ear thanking me for the drink...sometimes stuff, uh, happens...

My fantasies only work for me about the real people instead of the characters, I guess because, I, too, am a real person.  A really geeky, freaky, strage person, but hey, I have good company!

LOL..yep... I agree has to be someone real. To me Spike plus slayer = hot...preferably Buffy, occasionally Faith, and sometimes an OC but always a slayer. I guess if you look at it that fics are fantasies then, yeah... I fantasise about Spike/Buffy alot. LOL But if we are talking personal fantasies...then no.

James does nothing for me..so no fantasies there either... But Jon? Yeah... Jon=YUM! 

And, yeah... on this site geeky, freaky and strange is the norm, I think... you can definitely count me in that list!! LOL

I like that fantasy! Seems the majority of mine with James are always me running into him on the street, or I'm stranded some place and need help. He just happens to be there and offers his time. From there we exchange numbers, blah blah blah, well you can guess the rest. But its really romantic. Now with Spike on the other hand. It's dark *duh* but in both sense of the word, there is bitey and bloody play and all sorts of fun stuff! Either way I'm a very happy camper,lol.

As for my fics, always Buffy and Spike. But sometimes my mind wonders to this new slayer I made up and she and Spike has this thing going on with each other. Maybe one day I might write about it and post it on my site. We'll see.

Hot steamy fantasies or dreams involving me and Spike? Ha! I wish. I had a dream that was fairly PG but it involved some random guy and me. Apparently I can't have a fling in my sleep! I told the guy sorry but I'm married so I can't. It was a dream! I have had steamy dreams with Spike in them but he was always with someone else.

Some of my dreams have been turned into stories and there are a few I'm debating on weither I should write them. I even end up with more than a few characters from different shows. I had a Spike/ER dream recently.(it was post NFA) I can say that it was very interesting.

Who here has had dreams were your writing the story? You know when the words flow through your head along with the pictures and it's all prefect? Don't you wish you could remember the whole thing? I've had a few Spike dreams and original story dreams like that. ::sigh:: Too bad I can never remember the whole thing.

hehehe I had an original story dream that had an entire plot and will likely be my next novel after this one lol.

My and a friend went to see Oprah. But it wasn't at her studio it was a huge arena, and my friend turned into a baby. When she smiled at me she only had 2 bottom teeth,lol. Then the announcer says "Here comes Oprah." So out walks Oprah but she's dressed as the Pope with the huge hat robe and all. She gets on stange, and I'm like "WTF!?!" So then she turns into James who starts singing. Then he turns into Spike. Sadly the baby (real baby) woke up and woke me from my dream. I got as far as Spike stalking towards me with that sexy "I'm gonna eat you," look. *sigh* But it was strange,lol.

Steamy Spike dreams? Me? Never....

Oh god yes! Contrary to like, everyone here, it's always me. Hands on with Spike.All... explicit. But gosh, they're good! And I usually turn them into fics. With Buffy, of course, not me. Because they're made for each other. I'm just his casual summer fling. *sob*

See, I don't see myself with Spike- but yes, I think about James in that matter... Even though sometimes I feel like he's an anti Spike cause he's not as cool, but whatever, he brought Spike to life.

And I do have a non character in my head that I imagine with Spike, Angel s5 Spike, but she doesn't count as a Mary Sue cause she isn't me (though she looks damn near like my twin- my more toned and better hair twin) and she has superpowers, and kinda doesn't want to be categorized as a hero cause of the responsibility, and Spike tries to convince her otherwise, or at least teaches her how to fight instead of using brute force and... yea, I'll keep that to myself  :eyebrows:

I have to admit, I don't have any particular fantasies about Spike, nor have I written any fics based on a fantasy... though I certainly wouldn't kick him out of my bed! (Unlike others in this thread... what is wrong with you people??) I did have a weird dream once where I went to a wedding on a cruise ship, and Spike was at the reception... but sadly, there was nothing dirty about it.

It's difficult to choose, because I love them both for different reasons, but I think I prefer James over Spike... maybe because he's a real person? And I do have a James fantasy... well, maybe it's more like a *plan* because it is remotely feasible, though not terribly likely. It involves me meeting James at a political fundraiser (my last job was raising money for political candidates) - since he's such a bleeding heart liberal and passionate about politics. The fantasy part kicks in where he falls madly in love with me, and we disregard the fact that he's old enough to be my father and we live on opposite ends of the country. But the first part could happen... I figure, stick with a method that works, since that's how I met Bon Jovi a couple of times (sadly, *he* didn't fall madly in love with me either, though he definitely winked at me when we were introduced). 

Of course, since I got tickets to James's concert this summer in NY, my new fantasy involves meeting him after the show and him falling madly in love with me, etc...

Hey, he's old enough to be my father too.  And the problem is....?  If I could just have one day- just one day.... It still wouldn't be enough, but it'd be better than nothing.

LadyY - I'm sure your hubby would be grateful that you're faithful even in your dreams, but man... that'd be some willpower to turn down Spike! When/if I get married, JM is totally going on my list of celebrities I'm allowed to sleep with (like from that Friends episode).

I have so many nummy dreams between Spike and James. One is where me and my ex boyfriend from high school break up and he dumps me in a coffee shop of all places. I'm pissed with no ride home and who just happened to see thw whole thing? James of course. So he offers to buy me a coffee and also gives me a ride home. Turns out we both totally enjoyed each others company and decide to date. Smut rolls in after that.

I should clarify - JM goes on my list... *unless* he's the one I marry (as per above fantasy involving madly-in-loveness). In that case, there is no need for said list.

And no worries about the fic... first week of work has kept me busy so I haven't been writing much of anything anyway (except analysis of education legislation which is decidely unSpuffy... though that would certainly spice things up...). Hope you're feeling better now!

Me too, if I'm ever married or involved, and JM came along- he'd be the sole exception to the rule (and Leo DiCaprio- he looks so... scrumptious and manly now!  I never thought so till "The Departed").  Unless of course I luck up and get to be with regularly in some form or fashion.  I don't personally believe in one night stands, unless it's James.  And if I were with the James, the only way I'd "cheat" on him was if he busted a leather dusted out of the closet and bleached his hair and decided to role play with me.  I'd do that :D

 The hubby and I actually have a list like that but my subconscious doesn't seem to care. :P

JM is definatley on it, so is John Cusack, Sully Erna (singer of Godsmack), and Bruce Campbell. ( hail to the King baby) :D

Wow, I was with ZoeGrace - thought everyone had fantasies about Spike and themselves. My main reason for not writing is that I can never work out how to change my character into Buffy for a fic.

Last Me/Spike fantasy was that I was a slayer in training, who'd been called to a special slayer school. He was working there, having given up killing (see Spike Blond stories) and we become friends (no more at that point cause I'd be too young). Then, when I'm called, I leave, and we end up meeting again to fight some uber evil.Trapped somewhere...

Though obviously not any part which would infringe on SpikesDeb's stuff - that part would have to be reworked entirely. And run past SpikeDeb, just to be sure.
