Ok.. for some reason it just ate my review...so trying again.
Velvet REALLY needs to be taught a little respect for both the Slayer and Spike... either of whom could rip her head off in an instant!! I am liking her about as much as I like her Master at the moment!
I don't know who I feel more sorry for with the upcoming punishment, Spike or Buffy.... my heart goes out to them both in this no win situation.

it keeps eating my responses too>>>> too weird>>> anyways yeah velvet is evil nearly as bad as riley and our poor buffy and spike stuck playing roles that are very uncomfortable for them thanx for great review :)

Not sure I understood the relavance of her calling it a living room. But I did love the awkwardness of the situation they were both in. It's good to see that they both have realistic views of their situation even if they do keep doing stupid things. I can't wait to see what Buffy does to Spike.
no real relevance, Spike's utterly random thought in a moment of crisis, cause he was wondering about it earlier ....maybe to sort of indicate how Buffy's very out of place in this setting...a down to earth girl in these wealthy surroundings that she doesn't know how to handle really... thanx for review :)

Excellent work. Buffy's conflicted feelings about confronting Spike and his own nervousness make a nice match. Velvet is an impressive original character. I love her final line.
