Post-series, but only just. The Hellmouth is closed, and Spike is gone.  A grieving Buffy does her best to cope, until she receives a call from one of Angel's people that turns her world upside down.

Takes place in the Bumpverse (Things That Go Bump in the Night), many years after all the other fics set in that verse. Spike and Buffy are still fighting the good fight, even though they have grown children and several grandchildren. Can they retire? Should they retire? What would they do with themselves?
(For those unfamiliar with the verse - all you really need to know is that after years as a ghost, Spike was brought back as a very human man, albeit one with superpowers. A male slayer of sorts. He and Buffy married and had a family.)

A cataclysmic event sends shock-waves through the fabric of reality, creating ripples that may well destroy the world a century before Buffy Summers is born. Perhaps it is not unreasonable, then, for the Watchers Council to summon this unorthodox Slayer who has already faced and triumphed over three apocalyses back in time to quell a threat both new and ancient. Unfortunately, their spell also entangles Spike in the midst of his tropical reconciliation with Drusilla and pulls him along for the trip. Worse yet, one of the few beings in existence with both knowledge of Buffy's every weakness and the motivation to use it hitches a ride. And she, at least, knows that all magic has a price...

A/N: I don't usually give warnings, and the story won't contain obviously disturbing content like rape or extreme and graphic torture, but boy do I mean the rating on this one. (Yes, I know, vague. I'm putting on my flame-retardant suit right now. :) ) Oh, and I should perhaps add that this story contains spoilers for the post-series comics, up to and including Season 9.

How will two sworn enemies react when their utmost desire to bring about the other’s death is now replaced with bizarre primal urges and lusty cravings?  Then add a dash of telepathy, Angel as The Brooding Wonder, the Scoobies, and Giles’ frequent spectacle cleaning, and you have the makings of one helluva ride.  Written for VioletRoze88’s challenge on EF of the same title.

Season Four, what if Buffy had not gotten the Gem of Amara off Spike when they fought? How would the fight have gone, and how might she have gotten away?  What difference might that incident, as well as the Initiative's activities, have made in their relationship? Could/would a vampire and a slayer who hate each other make another truce to join forces against a common enemy? A what might a trip to Las Vegas have to do with anything?

Goes AU at the end of Lies My Parents Told Me. Robin Wood succeeds in killing Spike, and Buffy takes it badly. Giles is left to wonder how he will get his Slayer back in the game before all is lost. Dark, angsty fic.

Two ficlets from Schmoop Bingo - the prompt for the first one is "finding the perfect gift" and for the second one was "first holiday". Together, they make up one season six story in which Buffy decides to invite Spike for Christmas dinner.

Buffy has broken up with Spike (but more gently than in canon) and they've talked at the wedding. This fic takes place after Spike has talked Xander into marrying Anya and Buffy has told him not to leave. This was for a Schmoop Bingo prompt, so beware!
