Buffy Summers never believed in the paranormal before, until she met two ruthless vampires. Angelus decides that he wants to keep her, but Spike has other ideas. Would he be able to free her from his grandsire's evil clutches?

The third installment in the series - if you haven't read Meet the Pratts and Finding William Pratt, check them out first. (They're archived here, too.) The tale thus far: There may be slayers in this 'verse, but Buffy isn't one of them. Spike is his fabulous fanged self. They've met twice before, but a lasting relationship hasn't been in the cards.

The last request of a dying girl leads to Spike doing the one thing he promised never to do again, but he can't help feeling drawn to her. Buffy awakens to a new world full of many possibilities, but is it more than she bargained for?

During Dead Things, Spike muses on his experiences with bondage and through the years and its effects on who he has become. Spike/Dru, Spike/Buffy. Rated NC-17 for heavy BDSM and bloodplay. Small spoilers for Fool for Love and Dead Things.

Revised Summary: ROMANCE Picks up at the end of "Never Leave Me" and goes AU from there with some spots of canon. Spoilers through season 7, but I'll be flying pretty loose on the continuity. (A girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do) Will be a crossover with alternate season four of AtS as well as the Wolf Lake-verse. As I said, I'm flying really high and loose with continuities and pairings. Will eventually be NC-17, though it will have to work up to it. Please read and review.

A sequel to "The Way a Vamp Loves His Car", this one is much more AU than that little BTL fic. It's a less angsty season VI, with a more understanding Buffy.

Starting around the time of the episode 'Blood Ties' events take a slightly different turn when Spike isn't just knocked unconscious by Glory during the fight in the hospital.

More ETA: It has been brought to my attention that it's been a long time since Zoe's story was available on the BSV (or anywhere else) and that a quick summary of it might be helpful to readers. So, here's all you need to know about that:
Spike has stumbled across Buffy while she is under the influence of the magic beer that created Cave Buffy.  He becomes distracted from killing her when Cave Buffy decides that he smells good.   During the course of the following activities, he bites her and tries to claim her.  But all in all, it’s a fun evening for them.  We begin with the very last line of Zoe’s story…  

What happens when a blue Slayer meets an unique vampire? What happens when said vampire blows The Slayer off her feet. Throw her friends, watcher and a brooding stalker into the mix and you get this. (I can't write evil Spike, so this is less evil, kinda neutral Spike)

Set at the very end of Season 2 with an alternate ending to the last episode. After Drusilla dies, Spike goes feral over the loss of his sire and drags off the injured Slayer. His demon decides it wants to keep her, make her his. He nurses her back to health, but she has no idea what he has planned for her once she gets healthy enough. Woohoo, BoMB was nominated at the Lost in Spike Awards. And the Spark and Burn Awards. It won a Judges Choice at LSA! My first something!

Ten years have passed since Sunnydale fell. And for ten years, Buffy believed Spike to be dead and burried with it. Now that a new apocalypse comes a-knocking, she has to rely on him for help. But something just isn’t right with the vampire. Will she be able to figure out what it is before it is too late?

Buffy returns from the dead haunted by a little girl in a cave crying out for her, needing her. Unsure of where or when the child Kaia is from, she turns to Willow for help to contact her. Willow goes one step further, sending Buffy into the past. Now she has to find her way home. Can Spike find her before something terrible happens? Response to Shan's challenge 285, wherein Joyce survives but other major S5 events occur. Buffy is ripped from heaven, etc, but will Joyce's presence ease the Slayer's burden? Divergence from canon will be light at first. Some dialog in early chapters will be familiar. Characters not mine, etc. Eventual NC-17 (if my courage holds out), Eventual Character Death(s).
